Okay Ken, I am jumping into this discussion topic, eventho I have never written upon it

1. I don't think one is better than other. Each choice you gave could have a great starting point and each one could take a different fetish and run with it. (I cover these in point 3)

2. Symptomatic pregnancy would be harder for me to write b/c my only experience of pregnancy had no morning sickness to get in the way. I would write primarily scenes around the sickness and or depression symptoms that we know most women go though when their beautiful bodies no longer look beautiful to them.

3. I say stronger. If you are successful at putting this type of story together, there are so many fetishes that can be brought into play: Adult nursing relationship; kinky by itself, moreso with multiple partners.
Infantilism; could also lead to an incestuous act.
BDSM; lactate on command to please the dominant partner, punishment for not producing. Pregnancy itself could be the punishment or the reward.

Hopefully I am on the right track....
