Writer's Fallout Shelter

I am a new member of writing.com and have thus far had a very positive experience. My ultimate goal is to become a published author. I am currently working on my first novel, but as you can imagine have ran into several roadblocks. I have posted several short stories and would love some feedback on what is good and what is bad so that I can hone my craft and use the suggestions I receive on my novel.
