I'm addressing this in a round-about sort of way, at least initially.

First, I note the issue with In & Outs taking items only. I've just release an update to them that allows the creator to set them to accept either Item IDs or Entry IDs. This allows members to now create I&O's that can allow people to share book chapters, blog entries, etc.

Second, I create "The Blog Board"  in a "beta" form. After completing the update to the I&O system to allow entries, I'm about ready to put it down for the night. But I figured I would share this item. For example, the name is likely to change. *chuckle*

Once we pick a final name for it, I think we'll add it to the other plug sections on the "Things To Do & Read" menu, giving blogs a lot more exposure, in theory.
