I thought I'd list a few places I've read are open to submissions, too, if that's OK:

Cosmo Red Hot (new ebook imprint of Harlequin)   is looking for "contemporary, fun, sexy stories for today's fun fearless females".

Waylines   are looking for fantasy between 1000 and 6000 words paying $0.05 per word.

Snowbooks   are looking for steampunk, horror, and fantasy.
