Greetings one and all, I joined this site in the hope of receiving honest and critically constructive feedback on my writing- I think my friends and family are just being too nice. If there is anybody who is interested, please feel free to look over my short (incomplete) piece simply entitled 'Nib' and let me know what you think, I'd be happy to do the same for you too :)

I tried to embrace the style of Haruki Murakami following my recent Japanese novelist binge, however, I fear that I may have over-complicated my style and as a result come across as rather stuffy or pretentious in my writing.

If anybody could give me any feedback in any way, I would be ever so grateful :)
