October Novel Prep Challenge

Okay. I swear I thought I knew exactly how the 72-hour rule worked. Unfortunately, it looks like I was wrong. I knew I had 3 days to log another assignment. The last assignment I had logged was on 10/15 @ 02:25. So I thought I had until 10/18 @ 2:25am to log my assignment. I logged my assignment on 10/18 @ 12:20am local time. To my surprise, I find myself eliminated this morning. It looks like I posted my assignment less than an hour late because the log is EST. I know you said we all get one free pass this year due to the changes in the 72-hour rule. I am asking for leniency. Can I please get the "one-time only" reset? I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank you, in advance, for all your help.
