Noticing Newbies

Hello mochatea,

Welcome to WDC. This place can be pretty confusing at first, so don't hesitate to ask questions. Everyone here is helpful and friendly, so no need to be shy. If you're interested in some Newbie forums, I highly recommend "The Newbies Academy Group"  and "Newbies Academy Registration - OPEN" .

I agree that wring reviews is a great way to earn GPS. Not only that, but you get to 1. Participate in the community, 2. Expose yourself to a variety of work by other writers with different styles and skill levels, and 3. Practice your own writing through the act of writing the reviews itself. Many newbies are hesitant to review at first, but I can tell you than any feedback is helpful!
