My updates for week ending 1/30/2015

I brain farted on this yesterday, LOLOL

Here is my update for this week:

1) Develop at least two pieces into polished personal essays.CARRY OVER
2) Do usual house chores laundry, etc... DONE
3) Do reviews on Writing.com DID ONE CARRY OVER AND DO MORE
4) Get blog updated and keep it updated CARRY OVER
5) Continue posting and charting on Myfitnesspal.com ALWAYS
6) Strive for Conscientiousness ALWAYS
7) Show and Be Grateful Every hour of every day ALWAYS
8) Process negative self-talk to get completely rid of it. ALWAYS
9) Continue processing issues to gain freedom from toxic background ALWAYS
