One place to ask for reviews is "Please Review" .
Another is, any reviewer whose reviews you like on the reviewers page. The link to the reviewers page is under reviews, on the left hand column. Once you pick a reviewer, go to his or her port and click on reviews on top of her port. You can request a review from there by offering gps. Minimal gp requirement, the way the site saw it fit, is 900 gps usually, but some reviewers may ask for more. Just check.
