Exactly - bilberries! Not a huge difference, but they are different plants. The insides are different colors and bilberries are more difficult to ship long distances or store long term unless they're frozen. Bilberry bushes are also lower to the ground and the berries don't grow in bunches like blueberries do. All things I would never have learned if I didn't take an hour-long "research break" to look into it.
