Outline or more Brainstorming?
As I work on my outline I have bullet points that are paragraphs long that include dialogue. I have a general timeline already established but my outline now is becoming a scene by scene commentary of the whole first chapter of my novel. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this even an issue at all?
