If you go to the website and choose the ebook cover template, you can click the search button on the left. Click on photographs and there are a ton to browse. I just picked one of the free ones, resized it the way I wanted it, then used the text tool to put the title I wanted on it. It is not the most professional thing ever, but it's better than a blank spot on my profile.
