One more question for everyone...Prologue?
What are everyone's thoughts on using a prologue? It used to be very popular, but I read somewhere recently that prologues are now being frowned upon by many in the industry. I personally like prologues, if they provide me with a decent amount of important backstory that can't be slowly weaved throughout the story effectively.
