A month-long novel-planning challenge with prizes galore. |
Okay, so if your going to read J.R. Ward be prepared to throw the book across the room. She writes in the same third person Omniscient style I do and I love her just for that. She proved that the style isn't dead. But, it is the most infurating, frustratingly fabulous series known to man in my opinion. I read a lot of writers that I know with a good editor I can be better than. I know the plot and where its going before I ever get there. But, J.R. Ward... She is who I want to be when I grow up. Now, I say that but I don't recommend her angel series. It was an after thought. A back story for an Angel she brings into the brotherhood series only she never gives you his back story. It's just about the rest of the angels working as agents on earth. I don't like it. It doesn't have the same depth. I decided she has a different editor for that one. But, the Brothers... Break my heart, make me cry, fill me with a love for a fictional group of people like I have never had before... That is the Brotherhood. I owned every book in the Trixie Beldon series as a child. Earned the money to buy them myself. I loved them that much, but you know, it was nothing compared to how hard I cry and hurt and pull for the Brothers, their mates and the assorted cast of vampires and humans alike that can make you want to bleed for them. If you like any kind of vampire story, even the nontraditional ones... You will love J.R. Ward. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** "WdC SuperPower Reviewers Group" "Invalid Item" "Invalid Item" Check out my Rising Stars Bookiemonster Outasync Grace♥Leo health issues & bumfuzzled ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
