October Novel Prep Challenge

My father and stepmother moved to Loveland, Colorado after he retired. He sings Barbershop, so he joined the Valentine City Chorus. Every year on Valentines Day, they get a ton of singing valentine requests, most of which are done by the quartets organized within the Chorus.

Dad's quartet did a singing valentine that got posted to youtube a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YF48Y4FuyTwJ He's the baritone at stage right (that's the left side of the screen, for the non-actors out there).

The Loveland post office also does what you describe for Valentine's Day. One of the very few valentines done by the entire Chorus is a short concert for the herd of volunteers they bring in every year to handle the huge work load.
