October Novel Prep Challenge

I do have one idea. It's from a very short story I wrote some time ago "Invalid Item" .

It's a kind of sci-fiction story, I guess, although I haven't written anything in the sci-fi genre any longer than this. I like the idea, and have some positive feedback about expanding this into a novel. It will be my first novel, too, if I manage it!
