Detailed Character Profile?

Yesterday I found an excellent post by someone who shared a very detailed character profile questionnaire. I saved it (or thought I had) but it appears I lost the work I had done and the profile which I had pasted.

Does anyone remember the post/poster or have the link they could share with me please? I'll be very grateful.
