Gentle Giantesses

There was a story, something along the lines of gts incorporated, that was a story centered around buying a small figurine, placing it in water and having it grow to a more normal size and coming to life. The giantess could become bigger by consuming more water, and they had min and max heights to them. Does anyone remember what it was called exactly?
