Yeah, I agree with Kit. Personally, I'm willing to give my whole mental health history because anyone interested enough could just look through my blog and find it anyway. I definitely wouldn't make it a requirement because others might not be comfortable listing that sort of thing out.
I love the idea of a directory of items listed by disorder or issue, because, um... that's an awesome idea?
