Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Hi everyone, I'm Angel or Sharon in English lol. I live in Kent in England, they call it the Garden of England and it is a very pretty area. I have two grown children, both I and my son have been diagnosed with ADHD, I was diagnosed when he was. I have Epilepsy which causes depression because of where the seizures are focused. This goes back to brain surgery I had when I was 19. So along with the after-effects of abuse as a child, my emotional balance is a little wobbly at times.

I volunteer at my local Job Club, mostly helping people with IT skills and I'm the Leader of our Worship Team at Church.

Writing is an outlet for not only the issues I've struggled with but also the creativity that is produced by the ADHD so a twofold benefit for me. I love being here at WDC.

I will post my thoughts on this week's thoughts on nature of nurture later in the week.
