Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

The poem was incidental. I read up on the stuff because... it was interesting. I wanted to know what this all would be like and why things happened in the order of your blog. Why that chain reaction? What caused what and how do they overlap? Besides, I don't see why someone wouldn't do a bit of research on something affecting a friend of theirs. Like, that seems like such a "given" to me.

The poem came later, but really... the research and conversations with you was the basis for it, I'd say. Plus, that "Spoon Theory" was a poet's wet dream... someone else came up with a highly visual metaphor that worked super well.
