Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

Considering there are people of different religious backgrounds in this group, this topic of the week can be a little bit tickling, especially the question: Can someone be a mass murderer without being mentally ill? Now, WdC is a decent site as far as I'm aware and there is no bullying around like on Facebook for example, but having in mind general social networks nowdays, and people saying white American is mentally ill when doing such atrocities but dark skin person is a Muslim terrorist, I'd also add something like: this is NOT religious debate. I mean, everyone has their own opinion and has rights to express their own, but I'd hate to see this debate going into religious direction because I think whoever is capable of doing such atrocity no matter what color of skin they have and no matter religious background they belong to is a terrorist (Oxford Dictionary: A person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.) and deserves to be processed to the court where he/she would face the judgment.
