I Google health shit as well and convince myself it's the worst thing ever. I had rather a personal going on lately and didn't really want to go to the doctor. I started Googling and ended up convinced I would have to have serious breakthrough surgery as the only way to fix it.
I eventually went to the docs and she said, 'Yep, just try these and you should be fine.'. That was it, a quick course of meds and I'm fine. Googling health things should be banned...but we all do it!
