I guess it’s to the degree you freak out about it. You did the smart thing. Went to the doctors, and got the whole thing resolved. I’m glad it wasn’t the scary thing Google said it was!

I don’t do that. *Facepalm* I dwell on it, let it affect my work, my sleep. Never go to the doctors because A) Some small part of my brain is telling me I’m being irrational and the doctor will think I’m nuts. B) My GP takes about three weeks to get an appointment. Seems like a waste of time. C) This is the main problem. Massive phobia of doctors, GPS, hospitals etc. *Facepalm*
