People should remember to rather celebrate the others' achievements and not get upset when someone doesn't recognize them right away. A lot of people are on the site since its first beginning and still didn't get their case color changed. That doesn't mean it won't happen ever or that they didn't deserve it. It just means that their time didn't come yet . If anyone on here is looking forward promotions, you have to be patient and not let it define your stay here on the site. Case colors shouldn't be more important than friendship you make with your special people or your writing goals you set for yourself. Just my two cents.

If I remember well, this is the second time Karen left the site. I hope she'll come back again as I know many of us here on the site can't really imagine life without some folks we met on WdC.
