The tag for newsletters is actually just {nl:XXXX}, so in this case, {nl:8764} shows as:

"Horror/Scary Newsletter (February 21, 2018)" 

But anyway, that's a very interesting topic for the horror newsletter! I actually really like the idea of real life horror added to fiction horror stories. I'll definitely be checking out some of these stories soon.
