Day 14 prompt - the Kyrielle Sonnet

Day 14 and we have a poem style that is written in fourteen lines: the Kyrielle Sonnet

You have the freedom to choose your own rhyme pattern for today's poem, but do keep an eye on the refrains (the lines that must be repeated). This form of sonnet is written in syllabic verse (i.e. a set number of syllables per line, but they do not have been in a certain type of meter) making it a nice sonnet form for novice poetry writers.
