Day 16 prompt - the ZaniLa Rhyme

Day 16 and we have a poem style that is written in four stanzas of four lines (for sixteen lines total): the ZaniLa Rhyme

Today's form is another of Laura Lamarca's. This one is a little complex with the form rules, so read them carefully.
