One quick suggestion, in "Manage Book" you should be able to put "The Fake Book" first on the list for everyone to see at the top of all the chapters. Just put a bunch of 9's in the box for order priority.
However, I think you may have to do this each time you add a chapter. I don't recall if there's any other way to keep it at the top of this list.
Staying at the top will help keep everyone starting correctly.
Also, the Prologue is good where it's at. You could change the font of the Author's Preface if you want to differentiate.
