I am a recovering procrastinator. The majority of my procrastination is the results of stress and anxiety, which engenders task aversion. I know that I tend to sabotage myself because I put off doing important parts of a project. I also suspect part of the issue is low self-esteem, which I have been dealing with all my life. In addition to being a recovering procrastinator, I'm a recovering worrier. Both of these issues feed into each other.
