My quasi-essay on mental illness

This item touches very, very directly on mental illness, and touches glancingly on autism. Its title is compacted because of the 40-character limit for static item titles. My original full title was "A Foolery of Trust, Inaccessible Justification, and Use in Mental Illness." If I were to consider submitting it anywhere that's the title I'd use.
