OK, this might take a bit longer than I thought.

Truth is... the stuff I wrote *sucks*. I'm really not happy with it at all, and not in a superficial way you can tweak, but in a 'kill it with fire and burn it down' way.

My problem, I suspect, is that I'm way more interested in what Davina Macklin is going to do than a feverish Will Prescott who, at this stage in the proceedings, is literally beaten, broken and outnumbered. I'm still rooting for the underdog, but any easy win I give him feels contrived. He's got to earn this - and right now Macklin has virtually all the cards. But I also can't leave this alone.

The crazy thing is, I know how the Niamh line continues (and not in a way you'd expect *at all*). I have a few ideas how the 'Alex, Izzy and Rae' line continues (and thanks to Rugal for creating such wonderful characters that are such a pleasure to write). But the one that's eating me up right now is the line I need to solve.

And I can't see it right now. I know what I want to happen, but that's not right. I'm screaming and the words aren't flowing.
