I love Hal too. He's reckless and stupid sometimes, but he's not malicious (Unless you oppose the people's revolution anyway), and from what I've seen, he goes all in to rescue his allies when something's gone wrong, like when he broke Will out of the Biomedical building. I think he brightens pretty much any scene he's introduced into, with his antics both devised and those that just happen around him. He's a big contender for my favorite Stellae. Out of idle curiosity, if you didn't create him, who did? Edit: I guess my question already got answered while I was writing :P
