I came up with quite a few of the Stellae, so much of that is on me.

Minnie (Minerva) Fierro is probably the most extreme example, doubly so since we've frequently associated iron with Malacandra. Still surprised I got away with that one.

Too much meaningful names is bad though, because it can become a crutch form of foreshadowing and you never know if your obscure reference ends up being super obvious to someone from a different culture or country (I'm looking at you Rosalie Stewart).
