That's the thing with Fane. They find something, they'll try to make maximum use of it. They find a book that creates masks and golems? They'll mass-produce them to give to their agents to infiltrate better. They find a place that can turn evil people into good because of deep introspection and reflection? They'll try to make a similar "realm" that they can use to train their agents, and subtly indoctrinate them.
