There are a handful of other pairs that don't have any character associated with them. Vititrilbia/Lurga and Eldibria/Kenandandra. Lucio's combination Catilindria/Eldibria is vacant at the moment. Honestly, I can kinda imagine how an Eldibria/Kenandandra might be personality wise, but I have no idea in the world what a Viritrilbia/Lurga would look like. And when you say artificial Stellae, that's basically what Fane is trying to create with Project Dark Stars, isn't it? Or at least, replicate their powers. I believe Seuzz has said before that manufacturing essentia that resonates with the planets the same way as a Stellae is impossible.
