Actually, I think part of the Rosalie & Will agreement was the implication that one of them wasn't necessarily a naturally generated Stellae. Given that the organ in Cuthbert is capable of moving essentia around, it's possible it subverted the normal process somehow, possibly even accidentaly as Rosalie and Will share the exact same birthday.
I could probably cook up an explanation, but there was a very distinct 'do not retcon' warning in Seuzz's post...
