I have a very awkward question that I deliberately just...well. Ignored.

Golems and people under masks. I don't get how they could not be found out for a very long time. Someone must notice that when you go to a hairdresser there's no hair to sweep up because it all magically vanishes. How does medicine etc work - I made the stupid decision to make Shelly Nolan a diabetic. How the hell does her golem do blood tests or insulin injections?
