The info about Dark Stars project names was in the wiki, but it was under the "Stellae" entry, because those wiki documents are straight cut-and-pastes of the half-assed documents I put together for myself. I've renamed the "Project Diana" page to make it a general "Dark Stars" page, inserted the Dark Stars info, and done a little reorganizing: "Fane: Dark Stars" 

Named Diana agents in "A Stakeout"  and following:

The most senior were Paige Knotts, Terry Kipper, Antonio Muniz, and Andrew Cox. Next most senior were [unnamed] Stoddard, [unnamed] White, Konstantin Chernov, and [unnamed] Liu. The junior operatives were [unnamed] Carerro, [unnamed] Gallion, [unnamed] Lamb, and Darryl Stanfill. The more junior they are, the more likely you can assume in other branches that either Diana hadn't expanded enough to hire them, or that others were hired in their place.

At least, I think the ones that are marked as [unnamed] didn't have first names provided to them. BTW, White is African-American. The others' ethnicities can probably be gleaned from their surnames.
