You've never seen Argentinians, right? The proportion almost skyrockets if they live near Buenos Aires. There's also the possibility that Minnie's a partial albino? It begs the question of why she's not near-sighted (one of the key markers of albinism), but it could explain a lot - particularly if she was pretty fair-skinned to begin with.

There's a reason why there's a part on the Census that specifically marks white Hispanics/Latinx separate from non-white Hispanics/Latinx. (Other than prejudice, I think?) Much like the color of skin runs the gamut for Asians. That said, the surname's what makes me insist on her heritage.
