Noticing Newbies

Hi! My name is Annie and I'm new here. I recently finished my first novel (second, if I chose to count the one I wrote in high school). I decided I wanted to get a bit more involved with other writers. I apparently write historical fiction set in the American West (at least that's what I've managed to finish so far), although I prefer to read fantasy and have a lot of ideas in that genre as well (as well as some cross-over ideas).
