At the moment things are on pause until I know a mechanics effect. Specifically, what happens exactly when you try and put a mask on someone already wearing a mask - whether nothing happens, or if they are knocked out momentarily, or how it all works. I'm sure it's in the interactive somewhere, but I have no idea where.
Once I know that (it doesn't change things hugely) I'll start putting up the arc.
