Today is:
Cinco de Mayo!

Today we join our Mexican brothers and sisters in celebrating their victory over the French during the Battle of Puebla!

I will be giving away 5,000 pesos (gps) to the anyone who can quickly share with us any of the following: FIVE prominent Mexican artists, FIVE prominent Mexican writers, or FIVE prominent Mexican historical figures.

From this list, pick one person of choice and give us a brief history of their life and what makes them so fascinating to you.

Optional: share a drink of choice along with your post in celebration - as in you are raising a toast to this person!

Deadline is the end of the day.
