October Novel Prep Challenge

Marvelous Friend, don't forget that your character, as strong a Christian as she is, is still human. She still needs bad habits or attitudes she shouldn't have and inner demons to fight. Is she angry with God for her husband dying or for almost losing her house? Is she secretly struggling with her own faith while sharing it with another? Does she not give thanks as often as she should? Maybe she loves when people tell her she's such a great Christian and makes sure her deeds are known?

We all have sins we commit and too many of us have sin habits we commit regularly. Maybe think about the 7 deadly sins or perhaps things you struggle with, personally. What fits your character? We will relate to her more if we see her faults and how she struggles to overcome them. It's much more satisfying to see her discover God's plan for her when she had doubts. I hope this helps!
