That child is the daughter of the evil queen who disguised herself as an old woman and poisoned Snow White with an apple. The child was poised to grow up to inherit her mother's Kingdom, but Snow White woke up from her curse, yada yada yada, and now the little girl is trying to figure out how to poison Snow White with a bowl of macaroni and cheese and get her back into that glass casket.
