Good idea! I love the setting. Maybe the ship the pirates attack is carrying something related to the macguffin?

Feel free to fire off some character ideas. With two crews, there is room for a decently large cast. If we have a lot of characters, we need to make them distinct, though, and introduce them gradually. Nothing is more annoying to me as a reader than getting too many character names thrown at me all at once so that I can’t remember who’s who. :)
