Alright, I see what you mean, we're each using different criteria to pick people. I've been operating on the assumption that Will is going to be recruting partners, because "Corporate Strategies"  branches off with Will already deciding he would be replacing some people in the future, and was building this gang as something of a recruitment pitch. So I've been taking into account the fact that Will is going to have partners into the people I choose.
