If I were Will, my first move would be to create a secure 'mask factory' where I could mass produce them. So my first move would actually be to put a mask on Kim's dad. That means home base is secure, and a golem can be assigned to do the polishing grunt work. You then need to deal with anyone who might get suspicious about your activities. Take Gordon, and you can do what you like as Chelsea.

Next, you want a brain trust, so that, while you're leading, you've got the best council possible (Kim's brain probably dictates that). That probably means Kelsey is in the running. And, finally, if you really want to control the school you need to move on the faculty. Ultimately this means the school nurse/guidance councillor/principal.

Now you've got a base outside of school, you've removed anyone questioning your activity, and you have the ability to get anyone you want without social set-ups or the hassle of anything more than asking them to step into your office.
