Agreed. "...happiness that you can give out," as in, the joy you can give to other people. "...give a good thought to (it)," as in, think about opportunities to make others happy. Kind of like our Cheerleaders tossing around cheer fairy dust and badges. *Gold*

buddhangela, my interpretation. Words are tricksy, though. Always subject to interpretation.
