October Novel Prep Challenge

My story is about two very different investigators trying to solve two different crimes that intertwine with each other.

It takes place on Earth, in a coastal town in South Florida known as Clover Beach, a fictitous town of course. It is cut off from the other parts of Florida by mountains, a canyon and the coast. The only way in or out of town is a Helicopter ride (known as a Hopper) that takes you to Tampa, or by boat.

Being isolated makes solving the cases even harder with the police computers being virused.
